Song Guess is a multiplayer music-guessing game. It is provided free of charge, as a hobby project, with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Music is streamed through Spotify; we do not host, own, or distribute any audio. To use the Spotify playback features you need a Spotify account (Premium is required for in-app playback), and your use of Spotify is subject to Spotify’s own Terms of Service. You may not attempt to download, copy, or redistribute any music through the Game.
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
